Intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned agrees on the behalf of the company names, and its employees, guests, attendees and all other persons associated, and does hereby release from liability and indemnify and hold harmless Beachaven Winery, City of Clarksville, 5 Star Media Group and all personals employed by or affiliated with the Clarksville Outdoor Expo.

This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries, including death, and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for this event. Additionally, I waive claim for damages in the event of the cancellation or interruption of the show due to fire, strikes, Acts of God or any other cause that makes it impossible to conduct the event.

I further agree that all persons associated with the company named will abide by all rules and regulations of the Clarksville Outdoor Expo, Wilma Rudolph Event Center, City of Clarksville and all Federal, State, County, and City laws, ordinances and regulations that may apply.
