If my items will not fit in that space, I am required to purchase an additional space. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee me a booth space. If my application is approved, I will receive an acceptance letter with a pay by date. Booth types are first come first serve and are only guaranteed after payment is made. I understand that arrival and set up times are not a suggestion but are the actual time I should arrive. I understand that I may not share my booth space with another vendor. I understand that booth space requests are only requests and are not guaranteed. I understand there is a two week cancellation policy. Booths must be cancelled by April 18th, 2026 to receive a refund. I understand the use or non-use of rain dates are at the discretion of the event director. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries, including death, and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for this event. Additionally, I waive claim for damages in the event of the cancellation or interruption of the show due to fire, strikes, Acts of God or any other cause that makes it impossible to conduct the event.
